Dr. Nigam did his masters in General Surgery from King George’s Medical University, Lucknow. He was a trainee in Surgical Oncology at the renowned Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, following which he did 3 years of rigorous fellowship in Surgical Oncology with special interest in Breast Surgery from Tata Medical Center, Kolkata. Here he gained experience in various organ-specific cancer treatments with special focus on complex surgeries, multi-disciplinary & evidence based management of cancer. He then went to the celebrated Oxford University Hospital in Oxfordshire, UK for higher training in Breast Oncoplastic techniques for more than a year. He has been an honorary observer at the prestigious Royal Marsden Hospital, London.
